Student answer (Band 5.5)
Question wheather the government should add tax on unhealthy food or do some possible action to make access of fruit and vegetables for every one by making their prices affordable is an ongoing issue.Although This essay will discuss both views , I belive if high authority take some serious legal action againt the sudden rise in the fruit and vegetable values then it can be possible people from the lower class can aslo enjoy these foods in their dialy life routines.
One of the main focus for the government should be implement the such polices , mainly target the fruit and vegetable market price reduction polices . This is because , in the current era these two items are so expensive that a jobian person who is the onlyhouse hold for their family cannot afford these expensive fruits and vegetables in their every-day life .Most of the community does earn only disposable income . Therefore, government should take immedate action and make sure every person can access these leisure of food without any hardles.
Moreover, other focus should be identify unhealthy food items in the market. The government should build the inspection authority who identify the low quality items which are not good for health , put significant tax charges on that so people can avoid to purchase such items. By doing this we can safe the numerious peoples from the food infections that mostly heppens after easting these kind of foods . Consequently, putting tax on unhealthy items should be good for peoples health.
In conclusion , although both view has different values but i believe the government consider product price factor first becuase it belongs to most of the popullation, by doing this every body can eat fruits and vegetables. Adding tax on low quality item is also cosiderable because it can safe community health.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and give a clear preference for making fruit and vegetables more affordable, especially for lower-income households. The first body paragraph explains that a sole-income household may struggle to buy these foods, while the second discusses taxing unhealthy products and links this to health. These are relevant reasons, and the conclusion restates your position. However, the two arguments are not developed equally: the case for affordability would be stronger with a specific measure or example, and the tax argument shifts from unhealthy food generally to “low quality” items and food infections. Clarify what counts as unhealthy food and explain how a tax could change purchasing habits. This would make the response more fully supported and precise.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “Moreover,” “Therefore,” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the main stages of the discussion. Within paragraphs, however, some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “other focus should be identify unhealthy food items” does not clearly connect the proposed inspection authority to taxing unhealthy food, and “By doing this” has an uncertain reference. The conclusion also repeats the main points rather than drawing them together. Use clearer links between cause and effect, and make each paragraph progress from its main claim to explanation and a relevant example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to public policy and health, including “disposable income,” “inspection authority,” and “significant tax charges.” However, a number of word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, which sometimes makes the reader work to understand your meaning. For instance, “leisure of food” does not express access to nutritious food, and “safe the numerous peoples from the food infections” is not a natural way to describe preventing illness. Spelling errors such as “wheather,” “polices,” and “heppens” also reduce accuracy. Build a reliable set of topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; prefer precise expressions such as “affordable produce” and “foodborne illness.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and complex sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if high authority take some serious legal action … then it can be possible.” This shows an attempt to express relationships between ideas. However, some sentences contain errors in agreement, verb form, articles, and sentence construction. For example, “the government should be implement” needs a different verb pattern, and “both view has” has a subject–verb agreement problem. Punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent, particularly around commas and full stops. These issues do not prevent the overall argument from being understood, but they make several sentences less controlled. Practise accurate clause patterns and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
