Some people believe that old buildings, such as town halls and art galleries, should be restored, even though this can be costly. Others argue that governments should replace them with new, modern buildings.
Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this 21st century, while some believe that old historical infrastructure should be replaced by latest style civil buildings and structure, I would argue that restoration of those valuable building expensive but it is a necessary step to prevent the loss of our past civilization.
Many people believe that society needs more schools, town halls and community center due to increasing population, and authority can use old architectural structure. This approach often leads to give more opportunity and convenience. However, I believe that this strategy is not entirely effective, as it has some drawbacks of damaging an essential historical designs. In fact, it may fail to deliver lasting results due to loss of unique galleries and state of art.
