Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to share my feedback following a corporate event that my company recently held at your hotel, as I believe both the positive aspects and a few areas for improvement may be useful for your future planning.

Our company hosted a two-day conference for approximately 80 employees at your venue from the 15th to the 16th of June. The event included a keynote session, several breakout workshops, and a formal dinner on the first evening, all of which took place in your Grand Ballroom and adjoining meeting rooms.

I would like to commend your team on the exceptional standard of hospitality throughout our stay. In particular, the catering service was outstanding — the variety and presentation of the food received considerable praise from our attendees, and dietary requirements were handled with great care. Additionally, your events coordinator, Ms. Patel, was consistently responsive and proactive, resolving last-minute requests with remarkable efficiency.

That said, I did notice a couple of areas that could be enhanced. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in the breakout rooms was intermittent, which occasionally disrupted our presentations. Secondly, the air conditioning in the main ballroom struggled to keep pace during the busier afternoon sessions, leaving the room somewhat stuffy.
