Some people believe that old buildings, such as town halls and art galleries, should be restored, even though this can be costly. Others argue that governments should replace them with new, modern buildings.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

It is often debated whether art galaries and town halls should be rebuilt or renovated or not. Some people argue the budget to rebuilt these buildings should be used to build new infrastructure. While others believe otherwise. However, In my opinion such places hold a significant cultural and historical value and should not be demolished.

On the one hand, the primary reason is that, town halls and art galleries represent the cultural heritage and history of the state. They are a great means to attract tourism in the country. Not only can they help in raising Therefore, their maintainence should be taken seriously.
