Some people believe that old buildings, such as town halls and art galleries, should be restored, even though this can be costly. Others argue that governments should replace them with new, modern buildings.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

mostly people think that government should outdated building like town halls and art galleries, make them functional, Therefore the mantinance of these buildings cost too much. and many people think government should convert them into new and latest buildings. i strongly believe government should invest in these type of traditional and art buildings

on the one hand authorites should make sure these type of old era buildings such as resort, different art gelleries, and other historical building must be functional beceause these type of places are very useful and important for the country. for Instance, most of the old buildings are discribing country own cultures and traditions. it is very essential to invest these type of places. government need to spend money on their maintenance beceause it is very help ful for economy(GDP) beceause many tourist come who want to learn about a nation history and some people are very intrusted in nation art and love to visit and it keep alive local market in the area where there buildings take place

on the other hand many people think our policy makers should not invest on these things and make different type of buildings which are useful for long time and modren era such as hospital, school,musuem and univeristies beceause these are much more helpful for upcoming generation and a long term investment they also things these old art galleries are cover very large area for example, if government replace these with hospital them people take oppointments or doctor easily and earlier. and if authorities make school or Universities it will be a great help to produce more talent which wil be very helpful for National Interest
