Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some of the people are thinking that old construction, such as public event space and museums should be re-constructed even though this can be more expensive. When the others belive that an administrative should replace them with new and digital constructions. Here, I'm going to discuss both these outlooks and also I'm sharing my own perspective on it.
On the one hand, people who argure that municipal have to refurnished that because they are believing that old building have some values if the government replace with a new it should not fares with their values. Also people think that the buildings have some old and important materials which are more expensive in today, so people don't want lose that.
On the other hand, people who belive that an administrative should replace them with new construction, resoan behind it, if the government spend more money for redevlopment rather than they are destroy the old building and built a modern building. So, the government save their money and buildings will be have more life. Furthermore, buildings get new look and it looks more attractive compare to the old one.
From my perspective, we should have to understand an ancient buildings values, it is more important to have an ancient buildings because they are representing our cultures, traditions and also our ancistors history. So, we have to do some require repairing for the building and we have do respect to the older building for our culture and traditions.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both views regarding old and new buildings and providing a personal opinion, but the ideas are limited and under-developed throughout. Furthermore, the length requirement is not met, as the response falls slightly short of the 250-word minimum at 245 words. The position is stated, but the arguments lack extension and detailed support. For instance, the discussion on why municipalities should refurbish old buildings mentions materials and values, but these points are not fully expanded with clear reasoning or concrete examples. To reach a higher band, you need to extend your ideas more thoroughly and ensure you comfortably exceed the minimum word count.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
There is a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt to structure the essay into an introduction, body paragraphs addressing each view, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately to separate the different ideas. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical and referencing is not always clear, as seen with transitional phrases like 'Here, I'm going to discuss' and repetitive connectors like 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand'. To improve further, you should aim for smoother transitions between sentences and more varied cohesive devices to link your arguments more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey basic points about construction and preservation. There are noticeable errors in word choice, form, and collocation, such as 'old construction' instead of 'old buildings', 'an administrative' instead of 'administrators' or 'governments', and 'refurnished that' instead of 'refurbish them'. Words like 'ancistors' also show spelling inaccuracies. These errors occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher score, you need to build a wider range of vocabulary and use less common lexical items with greater precision and correct word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your grammar and sentence structures show a limited range, relying heavily on simple forms and attempts at complex sentences that are frequently faulty. There are notable errors in verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles, such as 'Some of the people are thinking', 'When the others belive', and 'buildings will be have more life'. Punctuation and prepositions also need closer attention. These frequent errors can cause difficulty for the reader. To move up to the next band, you should practice using a wider variety of complex structures with greater accuracy and reduce the frequency of basic grammatical slips.
