It is often argued that some old buildings like, town hall and art galleries ,should be restored. While others think that government should replace them with new modern buildings. So on this topic i will elaborate and i will give my opinion.I strongley believe that the issue of building has sparke widespred debate .If we talk about buildings we have some historic buildings as well.In this case we can not remove them permanently.Even though this can be outlays.

On the one hand,We have such a huge number of town halls and art galleries. So government should take a action, or invest every year for renovation.Like, some of them have history. Which will help to our upcoming generation they will be aware of this historical buildings and towns. In addition government is facing a problem to maintained them very well.Nowadays making new buildings is easy but we dont have that much land.

On the other hand, mostly people think that establised new modern buildings could be a good decision. Moreover government is working on it,.They are making malls, cinema halls indoor, sports complex for the indoor activity.Further more when government builds some new building there are chances to local people get work its helps to groth their economy system.

But we do not replace old building with new one those buildings are emtption and hostoric place.

IN conclusion, i firmly believe that our old buildings should be restored. Nevertheless those art and galleries are our pride or emotion.in any conditon government should make them well maintained.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the main parts of the task by discussing both the restoration of old buildings and the construction of new ones, while also providing a personal opinion. However, the ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed. For instance, the discussion regarding why town halls and galleries should be kept for upcoming generations is brief, and the points about economic growth and land availability lack deep explanation or specific supporting examples. The writer attempts a position throughout the essay, though transitions into personal declarations such as 'So on this topic i will elaborate and i will give my opinion' indicate that the development is restricted by a limited awareness of essay formatting and adequate extension of supporting points.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay displays some overall organization with recognizable introduction, body, and conclusion paragraphs, yet there is no clear overall progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or inaccurately, such as starting sentences with 'So on this topic', 'In this case', or 'Further more', which makes the transitions feel mechanical rather than naturally flowing. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal paragraph structure is weak because ideas jump abruptly between topics—such as shifting from historic preservation to land shortages within the same paragraph—without smooth referencing or logical sequencing to guide the reader through the argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary range is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary items, such as 'outlays', 'renovation', and 'emotion', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and form, such as 'emtption' instead of 'emotion', 'establised' instead of 'establishing', and 'economy system' instead of 'economic system'. Spelling errors like 'strongley', 'sparke', 'widespred', and 'hostoric' occur frequently. While these vocabulary flaws do not entirely obscure the core message, they cause some difficulty for the reader and restrict the range to a basic, repetitive level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The writing demonstrates a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside basic attempts at complex clauses that are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation throughout the text, including missing articles ('take a action', 'get work'), incorrect subject-verb agreement ('government should take a action', 'those art and galleries are'), awkward prepositional usage, and erratic capitalization and spacing around commas and periods. These frequent structural errors and punctuation slips cause constant difficulty for the reader, indicating a heavy concentration of basic structural mistakes rather than a comfortable control over a mix of simple and complex forms.
