Student answer (Band 5.0)
Iti is widely acknowledged that halls and art galleries should be restored, has become an increasing contentious issue in comteprary society. While some proponents assert that justification some people think replaced the buildings with modern buildings , i firmly contend is that my opinion is just restored the buildings do not replaced the buildings. This easy will critically examine the issue before reaching a balanced conclusion.
To commce with , one compelling justificiation is the first reason old buildings is our historical memery .This is largey attributed to old buildings our historical memeries , its our proud . when i visit art galleries we saw different kind of art hard working things save things like save the hourse of Maharaja Ranjetsigh and war tools .As a result , it is resonable to buildings should be restored .
Another pivotal consisderation is the secon reason is if the government buil new modern buildings it will be too costly .From a broader perspective is example is if the government built the new modern buildings it will be much costly and take much to built accordings to the history map and stuchure, this may give rise significant development in area. A pertinet example is the potential undersecore impact in the term.
To recapitulate , although differing viewpoints persist , the perponderance evidence support the view that my opinion believe to restore the historical buildings . These buildings just need to repaire and constraction work no need to totally change in modern buildins .Therefore, adopting the approach appear both pergemtic and beneficial in the long term.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a clear preference for restoring old buildings, and the point that they preserve historical memory is relevant to the question. The example of visiting galleries and seeing art and objects associated with Maharaja Ranjit Singh also gives this view some support. However, the response only minimally discusses the opposing case: the claim that modern buildings would be costly is unclear and does not explain why governments might nevertheless choose to replace old structures. Several supporting statements, such as “the potential underscore impact in the term,” are difficult to interpret, so the ideas remain limited and under-developed. To strengthen the response, explain both views directly and give a clear, specific reason or example for each before reaffirming your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs beginning with “To commence with” and “Another pivotal consideration,” and a concluding paragraph. This gives the reader some sense of how the discussion is organised. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because ideas are repeated or linked unclearly. For example, the second body paragraph repeats that new buildings would be costly, then moves to “significant development in area” without explaining the connection. The conclusion also repeats the preference for restoration rather than drawing together the reasons. Use clearer topic sentences, develop one point at a time, and make links between claims and examples explicit; rely less on formulaic transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt some topic-related and formal vocabulary, including “historical,” “restored,” “modern buildings,” and “perponderance evidence,” showing an effort to discuss the issue beyond very basic terms. However, the usable range is limited, and frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices make parts of the message difficult to understand. Examples include “historical memery,” “justification,” and “pergemtic”; phrases such as “hard working things save things” are also unclear. Some expressions appear formal but are not used naturally, including “pivotal consisderation.” Build a reliable set of words for heritage, preservation, renovation, cost, and redevelopment, and check spelling and collocations. Clear, accurate vocabulary will help your relevant ideas come across more effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to use both simple statements and longer structures, including a contrast introduced by “While” and a conditional beginning “if the government built.” However, the range is limited in practice because many longer sentences are faulty, and frequent errors can make the intended meaning hard to follow. For example, “I firmly contend is that my opinion is just restored” has an incomplete and confused clause structure, while “old buildings is our historical memory” has a subject–verb agreement error. Verb forms and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “when i visit art galleries we saw.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses. Check agreement, tense consistency, articles, and punctuation when editing.
