In my Views, to maintain the old buildings is also neccessary . So, I will discuss both views in the upcoming paragraphs.
The first and foremost point is why people think old buildings should restored. The historic landmarks save the heritage culture in their walls.additionally, This is the way to learn about culture, traditions. How the people live in ancient time and the resources of their requirements. The second point is ,Upcoming generations have no idea about the wars happening in the world . it is not about the culture or the wars but it is about the bravery , the pictures hang on the walls in the galleries having the face of warriors . An instant, Amrisar is the city of Punjab has the museum which says the story of 1984 . who fought against the injustice and for human rights.
on the otherhand , every perspective has two aspects. In this modernisation era , government should invest money or time on new buildings instead of maintaning of old buildings because this is the demand of the time. Moreover, population is increased

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You introduce both positions and state your view that old buildings should be maintained, and the heritage and Amritsar museum example are relevant to the question. However, the response addresses the task only partially: the case for modern replacement is barely developed, ending with the unfinished point that population has increased, and your own opinion is not explained beyond saying preservation is necessary. The historical examples also need clearer explanation of how they support restoration. The response is below the required 250 words, which limits the opportunity to develop both views and give reasons. To strengthen the answer, explain practical arguments for new buildings, such as accessibility or capacity, then compare these with the cultural value of restoration and support your final position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, a paragraph supporting preservation, and a contrasting paragraph beginning “on the other hand.” This gives the reader a basic sense of the two sides. However, progression is limited: the final paragraph stops after “Moreover, population is increased,” so the opposing argument and the essay’s conclusion are missing. Within the preservation paragraph, the discussion shifts from heritage to wars and warriors without clearly linking each point. Connect ideas with explicit explanations and use paragraphing to separate each main argument. Check cohesive phrases such as “In the opposite” and “An instant,” which do not clearly express the intended relationship or example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “historic landmarks,” “heritage,” “traditions,” “modernisation,” and “injustice,” which helps convey the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the reader work to understand the point. For example, “save the heritage culture in their walls” is not a natural way to describe the value of historic buildings, and “highly equipped buildings” is vague in this context. Spelling and word-form errors such as “opnions,” “musemus,” and “maintaning” are also noticeable. Aim for precise phrases such as “preserve cultural heritage” and “modern, purpose-built facilities,” and proofread spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures, for example, “The first and foremost point is why people think old buildings should restored.” However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction, verb forms, articles, and punctuation are frequent enough to make parts difficult to follow. Examples include the missing “be” in “should restored,” the fragment “How the people live in ancient time,” and the unclear construction “Amrisar is the city of Punjab has the museum.” Several sentences also run together or use punctuation inconsistently, as in “walls.additionally, This is the way…”. Build complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and practise joining related ideas with accurate clauses and punctuation.
