Student answer (Band 5.5)
Governments of developed countries always priorties job, business and pollution, while some people believes that good management from government can maintain cleanliness and economic stability at the same time and other people have their views that only one thing is manageable at one time. In my opinion, good team managment can ensure multiple things at same time and are able to stable the economy and a clean environment together.
Developed countries governments are experts in multimanaging the tasks in countries through which they can encounter several things in respected countries like support in business, promoting jobs which will have a direct influence on economy, and healthy environment by keeping it clean and fresh like Japan doing multitasking by dividing their government departments into several regions who ensures the system should have strict rules and regulations to manage economy, business and environment.
Considering the gravity of the matter, some underdeveloping countires does not have the capability to manage multiple tasks due to their weak management and ability to encounter problems. This is the main reason that still people disagreed that economy and environment can be managed at same time. Without proper administration and implementation of rules, it is very hard to achieve, which ultimately make it harder for developing and underdeveloped countries like developing countries like pakistan are still strugling to control fog in their environment due to which index of pollution is increasing day by day.
If we summarize it in a nutshell, all governments wanted to focus on jobs, business and pollution, but the implementation of rules and regulation and strick laws are the reasons why developing countries are managing their economy and clean environment while developing countries are still strugling to manage their pollution and growth.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and state a clear opinion: you argue that effective government management can support economic stability and environmental cleanliness together, while weaker administrations may struggle to do so. The examples of Japan and Pakistan help make the discussion relevant. However, the two positions are not developed equally: the case for simultaneous progress is mostly asserted through “multitasking” and departmental rules, without explaining how particular policies protect jobs or businesses while reducing pollution. The opposing view is linked to limited administrative capacity, but this point also needs a clearer explanation and evidence. Your conclusion restates the contrast, though it introduces a confusing comparison between developing countries. Develop each view with a specific policy or example and explain its effects.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding paragraph. This gives the reader an overall route through the discussion, and phrases such as “In my opinion” and “Considering the gravity of the matter” signal shifts in focus. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from government departments to business, jobs, and environmental rules without showing how these points relate. The final sentence repeats the developing-country contrast and is difficult to follow because “developing countries” appears on both sides of the comparison. Use clearer topic sentences, connect each example directly to the paragraph’s main claim, and avoid repeating the same contrast in the conclusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “economic stability,” “implementation of rules,” “pollution,” and “administration,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “gravity of the matter” and “multitasking.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive, and some errors make the meaning less clear. For instance, “stable the economy” is not a natural expression, while “encounter several things” does not clearly describe government responsibilities. Spelling errors such as “priorties,” “managment,” “countires,” and “strugling” are noticeable. Build a more precise range of policy and environmental vocabulary, check spelling carefully, and choose natural collocations rather than relying on broad terms such as “things” and “manage.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “while,” “which,” and “due to which.” This shows some range, and the overall meaning is generally recoverable. However, there are recurring errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction. For example, “some people believes” should use a plural verb, and “departments … who ensures” has mismatched agreement and an unsuitable relative pronoun. The opening sentence is also overloaded, making the relationship between its clauses hard to follow. In “which ultimately make it harder,” the verb does not agree with the preceding idea. Aim for shorter, controlled sentences, then check subject–verb agreement and clause boundaries. More accurate complex sentences would make your reasoning easier to follow.
