Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, there are some sectors like jobs, business and pollution needs government's one by one attention. Some people think that economic stability and a clean environment in a country can be maintained at the same time. People oftently have diffrent prespective related to development's topic. Here, I am writing essay on both view points and about my own opinion.
On the one hand, a group of people think that authority can maintain both concerns at a same time. How can it possible, so due to great planning and creating new special task force, because of this step, they easly find out what causes and reasons harmful for slow grow. For example, by hiring new workers and train them as task requirment can easily resolve the on going problems quickly. Moreover, reducing pollution by awarness campain with celebrities whom influence work on community. In return, you found that people more attentive related to cleanliness and hygiene. I personally I with this opinion because with such point you can parallely develop both thing at a same time. Which help to save time and effeciency.
On the other hand, few people think it is not possible that government can do that on same time. One major reason is that they do not have enough budget for it. Due to this it is very hard for them. For example, if they allot money for this works they need to puts some cuts on other departments which is not possible either. Their concern also heavy strong point but not enough in front of public health.
Finally, both opinion and thinkers have their own reasons

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views and state a preference for the possibility of balancing economic development and environmental protection: “I personally I with this opinion.” The examples of hiring and training workers and running awareness campaigns are relevant, but their connection to economic stability and pollution reduction is not explained in enough detail. The opposing view is also introduced, yet it is supported mainly by the general claim that governments lack budget and must cut other departments. The conclusion, “both opinion and thinkers have their own reasons,” does not restate your position or resolve the discussion. Develop each side with clearer cause-and-effect reasoning, and make your own view explicit and consistent from the introduction through the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, paragraphs beginning “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a final sentence. These signposts help readers identify the two views. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and several links between ideas are mechanical or incomplete. For instance, “How can it possible, so due to great planning…” does not form a clear transition into the proposed solution, while “Which help to save time and effeciency” is a fragment whose reference is uncertain. The final sentence also feels abrupt and does not connect the discussion to a conclusion. Use complete topic sentences, explain how each example supports the point, and link the conclusion back to your stated opinion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “economic stability,” “pollution,” “budget,” “public health,” and “awareness campaign,” so the subject is generally clear. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “slow grow,” “special task force,” “their concern also heavy strong point,” and “parallely develop both thing.” Spelling errors such as “oftently,” “diffrent,” “prespective,” and “effeciency” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing policy, such as investment, emissions, sustainable growth, and competing priorities, and check spelling and word forms. Aim to use familiar vocabulary accurately rather than forcing expressions that do not fit.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because” and “if,” but complex structures are often faulty and errors occur frequently. For example, “there are some sectors like jobs, business and pollution needs” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “How can it possible” is missing a verb. Other issues include “they need to puts,” “I personally I with this opinion,” and the fragment “Which help to save time.” These errors sometimes make the intended relationships hard to understand. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries. Shorter, accurate sentences will help you communicate your ideas more reliably before you add complexity.
