The pie charts below show how working adults in a particular country spent their time in 1958 and 2008.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The pie chart provides information about proportion of the day spent on six different activities by working people in the year of 1958 and 2008.
Overall, it is clear that working was considerable higher proportion as compared to travelling to work represented as smallest value.
In year of 1958, sleeping and working were highly considerable activities done by adults. They disliked relaxing at home as well as travelling to work. The proportion of going out with kith and kins, 19 percent only. In addition, playing sports had no such interested.
After four decades, working activities rose by 9 percent. Interestingly, there was reduction in sleeping ratio from 32% to 25%. Moreover, the smallest share were consumed by the remaining activites such as playing sports, travelling to work and going out with family and friends. Therefore, there is no such changes had seen in these activities after 40 years from 1958 to 2008.
