Student answer (Band 4.0)
Pie Charts maps the real comparsion of the adult time. Every age has their own pattern and as same adults have. Pie chart clearly shows a compairsion between 1958 and 2008 routines and patterns. There are some major effected portions that are more likely changed among time. Discussing few major features
1: Working: Evolving Technologies requires more time to undestand systems, technology generates ease but needs more focus and time.
2: Time with family & friends: Adults are now having habit of introvert, like to spend their time alone and this effects this time and even more increasing.
3: Sleeping: Extended Working requires more time and in 24 hours cycle adults sacrifices sleep to achieve their target goals
4: Relaxing at home: Becoming Introvert and disliking socail skills forces adults to stay at home.
Some other feautures get also effected like travelling to work which is the result of having cities bigger with passage of toime and having inductries outside the cities which requires extra time for travel, other effected areas can also be very by person to person.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the standard format expected for an Academic Task 1 report. Instead of presenting an objective overview and reporting data, the student has written a bulleted list filled with personal opinions and outside assumptions, such as 'Evolving Technologies requires more time to undestand systems' and 'Adults are now having habit of introvert.' Furthermore, several statistics are missing, and the interpretation relies heavily on speculation rather than the provided visual data. According to the descriptors for Band 4, the response presents information inappropriately and lacks an adequate report format, addressing the task only minimally through informal lists rather than cohesive descriptive paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The structure of the response does not follow the conventions of a standard essay or report. The text is arranged as a numbered list with broken sentences and fragments, lacking standard paragraphing. There is no clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are virtually absent apart from basic ordinal numbers ('1:', '2:'). Pronoun referencing is weak and confusing ('this effects this time', 'other effected areas can also be very by person to person'). These organizational and structural flaws place the response firmly at Band 4, where information and ideas are not arranged coherently.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and contains numerous spelling and word-choice errors (e.g., 'comparsion', 'compairsons', 'undestand', 'socail', 'inductries', 'toime'). While the student attempts some less common terms like 'introvert' and 'technologies', they are used inaccurately or inappropriately within the context of a data-reporting task. There is a frequent strain on the reader due to poor word formation and spelling mistakes. These characteristics align with the Band 4 descriptor, where basic vocabulary and frequent errors impede clear communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is weak throughout the text. The response consists mostly of fragmented notes rather than complete, well-formed sentences. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement and tense consistency (e.g., 'Every age has their own pattern and as same adults have', 'Extended Working requires more time', 'some other feautures get also effected'). Complex sentence structures are poorly attempted and frequently result in distorted meaning or incomprehensible clauses. Punctuation is also erratic. This performance corresponds to Band 4, where errors are frequent and basic sentence forms are poorly controlled.
