The pie charts below show how working adults in a particular country spent their time in 1958 and 2008.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The pie charts illustrates the proportion of different activities adopted by adult workforce in a specific country in the year 1958 and 2008.
Overall, working hours in the past year were low and sleeping hours comprised more proportion than the latest year. Hang out with friends and family shows least percentage than the past year.
In 1958, their proportion of working and sleeping was compareable in both years. As working was at 33% and sleeping at 32%. while in 2008 the percentage of working at 42% and sleeping contributed 25%, less than the year 1958. The trend of relaxing at home was less 8% in the past year compare to 13% in the year 2008.
A significant fluctuations experienced in different activities of the working adult as percentgae of going out with family and friend was at 19% in the year 1958 and 6% in the year 2008. Additionally, travelling to work and playing sports contributed in a day at same percentages 7% in the year 2008 and in the year 1958 people spend less time 2% for travelling to work.
