I will tell you why students don't choose science subjects and will give reasons for support my answer.

To commence with, many students are not interested in science because they likes another subjects like history, Farsi, and Arabic. Another reason you know many science subject such as medical is very expensive most of students can't afford these subjects you know many country economy growth is very low and in many countries people lives badly and can not afford university fesses and most important science subjects are more difficult as compare to others. But some students can afford study in science and science subjects are easy for few students and you know these subjects have less opportunity than others. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While the essay attempts to address both causes and effects, the discussion is superficial and incomplete. The conclusion is cut off mid-sentence, and the exploration of the effects on society is largely absent or poorly articulated. The arguments provided, such as the cost of education and the difficulty of subjects, are mentioned but not sufficiently extended or supported with logical analysis. To improve, you must ensure all parts of the prompt are addressed in full and provide a complete, structured conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay lacks a clear logical progression. While there is an attempt to use transition signals like 'To commence with' and 'In conclusion', the overall structure is disjointed. Paragraphing is present but the content within the paragraphs is repetitive and lacks clear topic sentences. The referencing is often unclear, and the flow of ideas is frequently interrupted by grammatical errors and informal phrasing, such as 'you know', which makes the text feel conversational rather than academic. Improved paragraph structure and the use of a wider range of cohesive devices would help the reader follow your argument more effectively.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, relying on basic words like 'many', 'good', and 'badly'. There are frequent errors in word choice and form, such as 'university fesses' (fees) and 'thinks' (things). The use of informal fillers like 'you know' is inappropriate for an academic essay. To reach a higher band, you need to demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary, including less common lexical items and more precise collocations related to the topic of education and economics. Focus on using academic vocabulary rather than conversational language.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede clarity. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'students... likes' and 'most of students can't afford'. Sentence structures are predominantly simple, and attempts at complex sentences are often marred by punctuation errors or incorrect conjunction usage. For example, 'He was not interested in science he said in science field have not enough opportunities' is a run-on sentence that lacks proper structure. You should focus on mastering basic sentence construction, including correct verb tenses and the appropriate use of articles and prepositions.
