IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

SOUTHWEST AIRPORT

Here given diagram reveals that how the airport will look like once the development will be done and compare it with the current situation.

When we see the current situation, there are some basic facilities available such as cafe at one corner, check-in counter in departure sides only. No such facilities available at arrival sides. small walk-ways and 1 to 8 gates are there.

When look at the plan of airport after development, Number of gates will be increased. Cafe facility will be available at both the sides departure and arrival. At check-in side, facility of bag drop will be made at one corner. While arrival side, ATM machine will be available and space for the car hire will be made. In stead of walk-ways, facility of sky train will be developed. Few other shops will be available after the train.

To conclude, development plan of southwest airport will provide many facilities to the citizen.
