The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
SOUTHWEST AIRPORT
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The plan shows the site of an southwest airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year. Currently, the airport has a lot of facilities like cafe,walkaway,departures and security control system. There is no shop to buy things that may be helpful on the airport. There are 8 gates for the passengers in the old airport which may create a problem for the passengers when there will be rush of people on the airport while the development,the airport facilitated with lot of things. There is a ATM system which help the the people in the transaction because people often face this problem on the airport. There is also a car hire system which help the passengers to carry the luggage and there are 18 gates which help the passengers to enter easily and departures and arrivals also increased. In short the southwest airport was incomplete before but after development it is facilitated with all the stuffs that are the basic need of the any airport
