IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

SOUTHWEST AIRPORT

Student answer (Band 5.0)

New redevelopment plan of airport is proposed which will get completed by next year will facilitates passengers more conveniently.

To avoid long que during rush hours one more departure entry gate will be made. Just left to gate cafeteria will be their and for checking now passengers can drop their luggage at bag drop area and move directly to check in counters . After security passport control few new shops were also made for shopping of passengers .

Previously there were only eight gates and passengers had to use walk way to reach their ,but now new 18 gates were made and to reach their passengers will use sky trains.

For passengers who reach at arrivals will now get the facility of coffee shop and ATM . A new car hire counter is also introduce for convivence of passengers to reach their destinations easily and safely.
