IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
SOUTHWEST AIRPORT
Student answer (Band 6.0)
The Plan illustrates information about the plan of the Southwest Airport and how it will look after redevelopment of the current airport.
Overall, after redevelopment of airport will have many new facilities for the passengers like number of gates will be increased , new atm , sky train ,car hiring section ,bag drop section also will be constructed after development .
The new sky train will be added at the gates for more convenience of passengers. Some shops on the left-hand side of main gate no.1 will be developed. Beside atm right-hand side of it, a car hire section will be developed. while Infront of check in section beside security passport control planning shows they will upgrade it to create new bag drop section there. Now passengers have to walk for some meters to go outside the airport after the upgrade of it they will receive facility of sky train to to reach main gates.
