Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you explain that the trip is a reward for your work, ask Neha to suggest places and find a guide, and invite her to join you. The purpose is understandable, although the voucher explanation is not fully clear, and the request for sightseeing advice is more developed than the invitation. The final request for a railway-station pickup adds a practical detail, but it would be clearer to specify the station and confirm the arrival time. To strengthen the letter, explain briefly what kind of activities you enjoy and suggest a specific plan with your friend, such as visiting the Taj Mahal together.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The ideas follow a generally sensible order: you introduce the trip, explain its purpose, ask for recommendations, and then invite your friend. Linking expressions such as “In addition to this,” “apart from this,” and “lastly” help show the relationship between points. However, several transitions feel mechanical, and the long middle section combines sightseeing advice and the tour-guide request without a clear break. The closing also moves abruptly from the invitation to asking for a pickup. Use separate paragraphs for the trip purpose, your questions, and the invitation, and connect ideas more naturally so the reader can follow each request easily.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main message, including “business” context through your work reward, “tourist place,” “tour guide,” and “adventure activities.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause, as in “vactions,” “trousit,” and “dedlines.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “for best tourist place” and “enjoy alot for time with each other.” Choose familiar words accurately before attempting more elaborate expressions, and check spelling carefully. More natural collocations for asking about sightseeing and making plans would make the letter clearer and more fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a reason clause with “because” and a result expressed with “that’s why.” The main ideas can generally be understood, but some grammatical errors affect clarity. For example, “Hope you doing well” needs an auxiliary, while “my owner was impress” has an incorrect verb form. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “I invite you to come with me” and the run-on final request. Practise forming complete sentences with accurate verb tenses, articles, and punctuation. Breaking longer sentences into shorter units will help you control these structures.
