You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Bapa,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am thrilled to inform you that I am coming to Ahmedabad next month. Yes, you read it correct! I will be in your hometown soon.

I have a business summit on finance and technology at Marriot Countryard Hotel for 5 days starting from 3rd August. My flight tickets have been booked with arrival on August 02, 6:00 p.m., and return on Sunday evening. Throughout the conference, I will be free by 4:00 pm, so there will be some time to visit the nearby areas and experience the culture. Additionally, I have two full days of weekends to explore the tourist attractions.

I am fascinated to explore the world heritage city as this will be my first visit to Ahmedabad. Please advise what are the places I should visit each day and how to plan the local trip.

I am also curious to the know about the restaurants to experience with you. If time permits for you, can we meet on weekend for a lunch or dinner? Kindly let me know so that I could plant in the advance.
