Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points: the purpose of the trip, asking for recommendations, and inviting your friend. However, the tone is problematic. In a letter to a friend, demanding that they 'have to took holiday' and 'never let me disappointed' is overly aggressive and inappropriate for the requested informal register. The ideas are present but lack the polite, natural flow expected in a personal letter. To improve, focus on using softer, more inviting language when making requests to friends, as this will better reflect the intended social context of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter lacks proper paragraphing, which makes the text appear as a single block of information. While there is a basic logical progression from the purpose of the trip to the invitation, the use of cohesive devices is mechanical and sometimes misused. For example, 'Moreover' and 'Furthermore' are used in a way that feels unnatural for a casual letter to a friend. To improve, use more natural transition words and ensure you separate your ideas into distinct paragraphs for the introduction, body, and closing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it is quite repetitive and lacks the nuance required for higher bands. Phrases like 'enjoy a lots of things' and 'more popular in your home town now a days' are somewhat simplistic. There are also errors in word choice, such as 'job mates' instead of 'colleagues' and 'took holiday' instead of 'take time off'. To improve, try to incorporate more idiomatic expressions and precise vocabulary related to travel and social plans.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the letter that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'you have to took holiday' (incorrect verb form), 'I Have lot of plans' (missing article), and 'that will i am coming' (incorrect clause structure). You rely mostly on simple sentence structures, and your attempts at more complex sentences often contain errors in tense or word order. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct verb tenses will significantly improve your clarity and accuracy.
