You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Neema,

How are you doing ? I am writing this letter to inform you regarding my visit to Toronto on July 30. My organisation scheduled a new product launch meet on August 01. This will be occupied with all higher level positions from my company from several locations and head offices. I’m extremely glad to share the news that, I have been elected to host the conference.

My return flight is scheduled on August 04. Hence I was wondering if you guide me through to explore the local historical places to experience city culture and tradition, and also experiencing the different cuisines to carry better nostalgic moments with me to back home.

I would be certainly excited if you can join with me to make these few days to create some more nostalgic memories. I believe we both can go back to our childhood days while spending these moments after longtime.
