IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Simran,

I hope you are doing well. Its been long time since we last met. I am writing a letter to express my excitement to meet you soon.

My company offer me a business trip in your city. It is usually a short trip for a one week to held meeting with our business partner.

I would like to spend my free time with you and create some memories. I remember you last time told me about a new aquarium open in your town. I am excited to exploring the most beautiful places in your city.

We will plan our weekend according to your flexibility and enjoy the must visited places such as parks, restaurants and museum. We will also do some adventures activities. I know you will be also excited to recreate our childhood memories. I can't wait to see you around next week. Looking for your response and let me know if you need anything special from my city.
