You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Smith,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about my upcoming trip to your city for my business conference.

The main purpose of traveling to your city is because of an international conference which is held from July 5 to July 9. In which I am representing my business.

Since I am visiting for the very first time to your city. It would be great if you could give me some suggestion on what things I can do especially in the evenings and what are the places I should make a visit, just to let you know I really enjoy watching sunset and explore local markets. Also if you could suggest me some local cafes or eateries to try local cuisine.

I think it would be amazing if you could join me in the evenings to explore city, try local dishes also we can go for one day trip to explore places around the city. These will help us to make more memories and allow us to spend more time with each other.
