IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Ravi

I hope you are doing good , it been so long to meet you . Luckily , I got opportunity to meet you . I am coming to your hometown next month regarding a business meeting along with my boss. In between meetings I will take some time out for you and have some fun together.

I also want to know that what are things we can do together and recommend me some places so that i can prepare accordingly . For example , if places are too cold then i will bring my winter jacket and if it is hot then a couple of t shirts

After exploring the places you will recommend i will like to invite you to my place at Holidays Inn Resort for having some drinks together . We will try to make this visit memoriable.

I hope you will be glad and come see me
