You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Joey,

Hopefully, you and your family are in great spirits! I'm so sorry for not being in touch lately, but I wanted to make up for it now by sharing some exciting news - I'm visiting your city "Toronto" next week for 5 days.

The main purpose of the visit is a business meeting, the clients are coming from New York to have a dealership agreement with my company.

Can you please help me out in choosing the places that I can explore in the city? I have around 3 days to spend in the city apart from the business meeting. I am highly interested in exploring the mountains in country-side near the city.

As per my plans, I was thinking we could spend some time together, it's been a while we have spent time together. On top of that, if you're interested, we can also book ticket for the upcoming Samay Show in Toronto.

Give my love to your family. Do get back to me whenever you get a chance. Can't wait to see you soon!
