You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Jay,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to ask some well-known places in New Delhi.

I am planning to visit New Delhi to attend my company's annual meeting. which is organized at Royal King Hotel, east Delhi. As a result, I will live there almost one week.

Moreover, I have some free time after finish meeting sessions, so I am planning to explore near by area in New Delhi. Hence, I would like to see the historical places and exciting outdoor activities available after meetings. Please let me know the sightseeing at your home town.

In addition, I would like to invite you to spend some quality time with me after my meetings. If you are available to that time we can visit near by famous places. I am very exciting to see you soon.
