You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Jaasvi,

I am excited to share that I am planning to visit New York on August 16th for my business trip with my colleagues.

We will be attending an event for our insurance industry that will aid us in business expansion. Moreover, our team is also organising a workshop on August 19th which includes hiring, product knowledge and perks of joining our esteemed team.

However, we are considering to explore the city in the night after our working hours. It will be terrific if you could share details of renowned food joints, clubs and famous places to sightseeing. I believe you will have plenty of them.

Since, you will be free on weekends I would like to invite you at the workshop to meet and greet the well-known business sharks. It will benefit you to create new contacts for future reference as you are working as "Business Analyst". Later on, we can hangout with my team and you will be our guide in city exploration.
