You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Harneet

I hope you are doing well, I am absolutely fine here too. My main purpose of writing this letter to you to make you feel glad that in next few weeks approximately around 28 August,20XX . I will be coming to your city regarding business meeting.

I am sure that this will be surprising moment

for you. This business trip give me opportunity to meet you after such a long period of time

This meeting will going to held in the royal campus of Chandigarh. The agenda of the meeting is to discuss the ideas to expand the business worldwide.

However, in this busy schedule, I will be managing my time to meet with you . Moreover want your suggestions to offer me some places to see which are popular in your city.

Furthermore advise me with the tasks that are enjoyable to do and retain in memory in my mind
