IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear kamal ,

I hope you are doing well . I am writing this letter to inform you about my business trip in your city and also like to invite you to join me so that I can visit different places in your city .

Firstly , my company deal with the local companies of your city and for that purpose they are select me to do some meeting and for the planning with those companies regarding the future trade . Moreover , I would like to explore different historical and cultural places in your town .

Furthermore , I am so glad if you will join me and spend some time together because through that I get a help in traveling . In addition , I promise you will never forget those days and by that we also get a time to make our memories refresh and get relief from that stressful life for some time . I hope you will be free in those days . Finally , I am so existed to see you soon .
