You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Ria,

Hope you are doing great! It's been long time sine we met.Well I guess now it's time to plan a meeting. I am writing this letter to give you a good news about me visiting in your town.

There is one business trip going to happen in Calgary, which will be for 2-3 days. Moreover, trip is planned in middle of the week due to business work, once dates are decided I will let you know. Apparently, it might be difficult for you to make some free time for us, however, we can figure that out once I'm there.

Furthermore, I would like to know about the places to visit in Calgary, as I want to make small itinerary for my leisure time on trip. As you know I am fond of witnessing sunsets from mountains, hoping asthetic cafes, beaches with mesmerizing skyline.

I would appreciate if you can share me some ideas about places, while you can also try to make time where we can spend together.
