IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Raman,

I am writing this letter to let you know how happy I am to inform you that my business organized a trip to your city for two weeks.

I hope this letter finds you and your family with great health. It's being long time to meet you due to my busy schedule but fortunately my business trip assist me to expand our business and opportunity to spent a quality time with you.

Additionally, as you always praised your place while our talking so it's the time to fulfill your promise and help me because I don't have any knowledge about where to go and which activities should be more interesting.

I would be more happy if you can join me during my whole trip, as you know your city very well which will not help me to complete my business research, but also make my whole trip out of the world.
