IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Ball,

I hope you're doing great. I am writing to let you know I'm planning to visit your city next week.

Actually, I have a business meeting with one of our customers living in Chandigarh. The meeting would be all about how we could improve our sales in your area. It will be held on 2nd Ocotober at the Royal hotel.

After the meeting I have about 8 hours to take my flight. I was wondering if you could suggest me some famous tourist spots and acitivites which I can do before going back to my home. Please also suggest famous vegetarian restaurant, so I can eat well.

It would be great if you could join me. We can do several activities together. While visiting new places, we can spend quality time together. Let me know if you could make it.
