You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Mable,

I hope you are doing good. I am writing to inform you that I am planning to visit you soon. Our company has scheduled a business trip to Canada next week. We will have some meetings with a few international clients from morning to afternoon on coming thursday.

I was planning to meet you after my meeting .What do you think? Would it be fine for you? As I am new to the place and its geographic location , I do not know what do we suppose to do there? Do you think exploring museum or any historical place would be a good idea? or just to go for shopping?

Would it be possible for you to come with me to see the sports center in the city . I am very much excited to play badminton from here ,as I have heard the place is too big for playing badminton.

I look forward to hearing a positive response from you soon . I hope , we will have a good time together.
