You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Aman,

Hope you are well. I am writing to tell you that next week, I will visit your city with my office team members for some business purpose. We will come to see the construction of our new outlet. I forgot to tell you that our company is opening a second branch in your city.

I always listen to you talk about your city. So, I am excited not only for our business trip but also to explore your city with you. I want to know about the famous places and some restaurants because we have never been to your city.

We will come next Monday morning and visit the site at around 9.00 am. After that, I will be free to spend some quality time in your city, especially with you. That is why I wish you would take the day off on Monday to meet with me.

I will be waiting for your reply, and I cannot wait to see you.
