You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Raj,

I hope this letter finds you well. It has been a way long time since we caught up.

I would like to tell you that i am planning to come in your city as my company organised business trip on 22nd July next week. My working hour is 07:00 am to 03:00 pm, so i will have plenty of free time after schedule work.

However, your city has wide variety of beautiful scenery, mountains and beach. I am planning to do some visits over there.

Since we did not meet so long time, i am inviting you to hang out with me and we will go to spend memorable time. In addition, we could go to restaurants or cafe and have a delicious meal. After dinner, we could go to famous club which is known for their music and night life.

I hope you will get some free time during my business trip, so we could make a lifetime memories.
