You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Umar,

How are you? I hope everything is going well on your side.I am writing to let you know that my company has set a business trip for me to your city next week dated 4th of August.

It's a three day trip. During my stay i need to attend certain meetings, conferences and some workshops. As i got the evenings free so i am planning to visit some of the places of your city like memorable historical places, gardens, city centre and would like to eat some food. For this sake can you please recommend me the worth-seeing places so i can make a plan accordingly?

Moreover, i would like to invite you during my stay so i can have a company during my visit to different places. We will do plenty of shopping, visit some well-known sites, and have some fun and food together.

I look forward for your response and please confirm me your availability. Say my kind regards to all the family members.
