You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Aman,

i hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about my business trip that i will have next week in your city chadigarh.

As you know i am working in sales company and here our company going to organise one exhibition regarding historical items in your residence.During this trip , i will have two days free in Sunday or Saturday.

i heard a lot about your city from you regarding some famouse places such as rock garden and rose garden.I will want to watch these places with you, because I am not familiar about this places.

I hope you will accept my proposal to join me on this weekend to spend some quality of time with each others after long time.I will plan lunch at momerial restaurant for you.I hope you will definitely join me.

I am looking forward to prompt response from you regarding my proposal.
