You are planning a business trip to another city. You will have some free time to do some sightseeing while you are there.
 

Write a letter to a friend who lives in the city you will visit. In your letter:
• explain the purpose of the trip.
• ask about things to do and see in the city.
• invite your friend to do something with you during your visit.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Tim,

Hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to you about

my business trip to Milano on 10 th october. It is for seven days . However, at the weekend I will be available for sightseeing.

My company has made a great deal with Italian leather company thats why they have invited us on workshop. The main role of these meetups is to know each other and trying to understand the work cultures.

I want to spend my time efficiently because it is limited. So I want to ask you how should I spend my time in Milano. Which places do you suggest I visit? I want to see the beauty and liveliness of the city.

I would be glad if we can have the dinner at least one night as we haven't met since long. We will have pasta and famous pizza at your favourite restaurant and hangout on your preffered places.
