Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You make an attempt to explain the business purpose, ask for advice, and invite Ram to join you, so the letter touches on all three required points. However, the purpose is difficult to understand: “there are are starting my business” does not clearly explain what the trip involves, and the request asks about a city or business location rather than specific things to see or do. The invitation, “If you come with me to go visit city,” is also unclear about what activity you have in mind. These ideas remain limited and under-developed, and the reader cannot always identify your intended message. Explain the business trip directly, ask about particular attractions or activities, and make a clear invitation.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The letter has a basic paragraph structure: you introduce your reason for writing, discuss the business, ask a question, and then invite your friend. This gives the reader some organisation. However, the progression is not consistently clear, and several linking expressions do not show the intended relationship between ideas. For example, “To explain, Here are not running business so” and “As a result” connect sentences whose meaning is difficult to follow. The repeated use of “if” in the request also makes the paragraph feel repetitive rather than smoothly connected. Use one clear purpose in each paragraph, arrange details in a logical order, and choose simple links such as “because,” “also,” and “so” only where they accurately express the connection.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “business trip,” “popular,” “tourists,” “products,” and “visit.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations make the message difficult to understand. Phrases such as “my purpose to planning another city,” “beneficial customers comed to buy my products,” and “I appreciate for you” are not natural expressions in English. There are also spelling errors, including “condider,” and repeated reliance on “city” and “visit.” Build a small set of accurate phrases for explaining a business purpose, asking for recommendations, and making an invitation. More precise, natural wording will help your ideas come across without requiring the reader to interpret them.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both short statements and longer sentences, for example, “I hope you are doing well” and the sentence beginning “For example.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and attempts to combine ideas often contain frequent errors that make the meaning hard to follow. Examples include “I how are you?”, “I am writing a letter to planning,” “Can you saw,” and “I hope you attend to visit.” Verb forms, sentence construction, and punctuation are often inaccurate; the opening also uses a question mark with incorrect spacing. Practise reliable patterns such as “I am writing to…,” “Could you recommend…?” and “Would you like to…?” Then check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
