You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Landlord,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to complain about the ongoing parking issue at one of your apartments.

It has been happening for the last few weeks, and building members have not been parking in the designated parking space, despite being informed multiple times. Even though I shared the problem with the manager, no action was taken by him, and the issue persists.

I used to work on afternoon shifts and was probably free at midnight. I faced parking problems because members mostly parked their vehicles, and sometimes outsiders also parked in reserved spaces, which caused considerable inconvenience, as I had to wait for long hours to find safe parking.

To overcome this issue, I would recommend that you install signage and impose penalties on unauthorized vehicles parked in reserved spaces. Along with that, provide instructions to members to park at designated spaces to avoid conflict.

I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take prompt action.
