IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. John,

I am writing this letter to you regarding the parking space in the building. Even now and then I face difficulties to find an empty space when I get home from work.

Due to this parking lot issue, I have keep my car a couple blocks away and walk back to my apartment. I am very worried about the safety of my vehicle. Moreover, I have to travel a mile in the morning just to get my car. Hence, delaying my entire schedule of the day.

I would suggest you to help me with the building management to reserve spots according to the units. In addition, outsiders should not be allowed to park in our building's space will be assured.

Kindly take my advice into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
