I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding parking facility in the apartment.
Last few weeks, I am having a difficulties to find a parking spot for my car, when I come back home from work, specially in weekdays. I have to park my car in visitor car park and come again to find a parking spot. It is not only happens with me but also also my neighbours It is really irritating me to come back and park my car in a tenants parking area even if it is in a walking distance. Moreover, I have noticed some visitors also use tenants parking slots as it is difficult to find visitor parking area.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The letter addresses all three bullet points: describing the situation, explaining the impact, and suggesting a solution. However, the response is significantly under the 150-word minimum, which limits the development of your ideas. The final suggestion is incomplete, as you mention you would like to offer suggestions but do not actually provide them before the letter ends. To improve, ensure you fully develop each point with specific details and meet the length requirement to demonstrate your ability to sustain a formal argument or request.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter follows a logical sequence, moving from the problem to the impact and then to the proposed solution. However, the paragraphing is insufficient, and the flow is hindered by repetitive phrasing, such as 'also also'. The use of cohesive devices is limited; you rely on basic transitions like 'Moreover'. To achieve a higher band, use a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in addition') and ensure each paragraph has a clear, distinct focus. The abrupt ending also negatively impacts the overall coherence of the piece.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. You use basic terms like 'difficulties' and 'irritating'. There are also some collocation errors, such as 'parking facility in the apartment' (should be 'at the apartment') and 'offer few suggestion' (should be 'offer a few suggestions'). To improve, try to incorporate more specific vocabulary related to housing and parking management, such as 'designated spaces', 'unauthorized vehicles', or 'enforcement measures'. Avoid repeating words in close proximity to improve the sophistication of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There are several grammatical errors that affect the clarity of your writing. For example, 'Last few weeks, I am having a difficulties' should be 'Over the last few weeks, I have been having difficulty'. The sentence 'It is not only happens with me but also also my neighbours' contains a tense error and a repetition error. You rely mostly on simple sentence structures. To improve, focus on using a wider range of complex sentence structures, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, and pay closer attention to subject-verb agreement and article usage.
