IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding the problem of car parking in the building.

Let me explain more, as you already know that I am living in this building from last 15 years with my family and when we took this apartment then parking was also included due to which we agreed to pay 1500$ for a month but now from last 10 to 15 days I am not getting my car parking empty. Moreover, As you know I am working in IT sector and my work is so stressful by which after finish my work the only thing I want is peace but everyday I face the problem of car parking.

I would like to suggest that you need to fix that problem as soon as possible by taking with other car owners or you can rent another space for car parking.
