IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding the problem I have been facing for a parking sport since last month.

Since last month I have been working for extra hours in night and when I come back home I never find any parking sport empty to park my car. However, I come exhausted working long hours and due to no parking sport I had to park my car on the street and come back home working for 20 minutes which is v I believe that someone from another building comes to park in our parking which is completely unethical.

I request you to talk to the building owner regarding this issue whereas, also ask for a parking spot in reserve parking lot and I am ready to pay reserve fees every month as it is better option for me.

I hope you consider my request and solve my problem as soon as possible.
