Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my concern about the lack of available parking spaces in the apartment building where i live and it creates a various problems.

The building has a parking space is most of the time filled at the back whenever I returned home that time I faced a lot of difficulties to park my car. As a result, i have to park my car on the street away, which is both inconvenient and time consuming.

In addition to , this situation is becoming increasingly day by day which is very frustrating for me and I am exhausting to this. When i park my car away from my apartment it is very tiring situation for me and every time I am worried about my vehicle is it safe or no on the road.

I would really appreciate to use when you solve this scenario and overcome the solutions so that I can park my car near to my apartment without any worrying. you have to arrange some parking signs at the front of apartments so that everyone can park your car in well mannered way.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

You have addressed all three bullet points: describing the parking situation, explaining why it is problematic, and suggesting a solution. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a landlord. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the suggestion to 'arrange some parking signs' is a bit vague and could have been expanded to explain how this would specifically prevent unauthorized parking. To reach a higher band, ensure that your explanations are more detailed and that the connection between the problem and your proposed solution is more clearly articulated.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices such as 'As a result' and 'In addition to', though some transitions are slightly awkward or misused, such as 'In addition to , this situation'. The referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly in the final paragraph where the phrasing 'overcome the solutions' is confusing. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words more naturally and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus to enhance the overall flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'inconvenient', 'time consuming', and 'frustrating'. However, there are several instances of unnatural word choice and collocation errors, such as 'I am exhausting to this' (should be 'I am exhausted by this') and 'well mannered way' (should be 'orderly manner'). To achieve a higher score, work on using more precise collocations and avoid repeating basic structures. Expanding your range of descriptive adjectives would also help convey your frustration more effectively.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'it creates a various problems' (article/pluralization error), 'whenever I returned home that time I faced' (tense inconsistency), and 'is it safe or no' (incorrect word order in an indirect question). While these errors do not completely prevent understanding, they are frequent enough to cause some distraction. Focus on subject-verb agreement, correct tense usage, and the structure of complex sentences to improve your accuracy.
