IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir/ madam

I am writing this latter to draw your attention towards the situation of unavailability of parking location after reaching home from work.

I am already tired and exhausted after hours of work because of that I do not need more problems. In addition to that I have my daily schedule planned ahead and by facing this problem I am getting late for my gym sessions after work.

I have some suggestions that you can put in effect if you like them in which firstly if you can assign particular parking space to every apartment .Secondly there is one public parking facility situated near to our building if you talk with them and try to get discounted rates or promotional monthly planes that would be so helpful for me and others .

Thank you so much for your attention to this matter .i hope i will hear from you as soon as possible.
