IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Gerry,

I hope you are doing well. I am facing a parking problem at the building from last few weeks.

No doubt, the apartment location is very convenient for me as there are many malls, cafes, and parks nearby, which make this place quite interesting to live. However, I do not find a parking lot when I get home from work, and this has happened several times.

I do struggle daily to park my vehicle because normally all the parking lots I find full, and I have to search around to park my car. I usually find the parking very far then I have to walk to home. This situation is very frustrating to me.

I would suggest to put notice in the parking area, which would indicate the time limit to park for non-residences. Also, if possible can you please provide a separate parking area for tenants that would be greatly appreciated.
