IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring attention to apartment parking space. Even though I have been lived there from six month, I occasionally got empty parking during the night when I come back from work. I noticed many outsiders parked that are illegal for them.

It poses a significant difficulties for me as I have to park on the side of road which not only away from home and have to walk after long working hours but also increase the chances of car lost or damage.

I would like appreciate if you could set rules; therefore residents of the building only allowed to park their vehicles in the specific parking. Moreover, you could fines as you did with buildings that are owned by you. I come to know this from my colleagues who lives other area. They also inform that many people from this side who allow their known to park their in the our apartment parking.
